To form your tie lay your wide (front) and narrow (back) sections as shown. Bring both ends down through the hole.
Make sure the back (narrower section) lies behind the top (wider) section of the tie. Pull both ends though until you have your perfect knot.
It may be necessary to pull on the neck strap to give it a more “neck tie” shape. If needed you can adjust it slightly (top wider section longer and back section shorter) depending how long you want the tie.
